Consulting for women-led brands
I orchestrate the whole strategy, with branding as one component.
I work with women who have built something real, yet remain the best kept secret in their market. We let the cat out of the bag.

Who I take on
Founders, practice owners, and operators with a business that has clients and a track record of success. Yet, you still find yourself lost in the sea of your competitors.
I take on a small number of clients, which allows me to work hands-on with each one. If you want to be recommended by name and elevated as a thought leader in your field through search results, AI assistants, and the media, this is for you.
The 90-Day Growth Engine
Ninety days. Five phases. Unlike most consultants, I don’t abort the dive after giving you recommendations. I stay until the end, where you have an implemented and optimized strategy.
We assess everything you currently have: your site, channels, past marketing, along with what you have executed and the results. Once I know what has worked and what hasn’t, we can go deeper.
I dig into your competitors, the market, and what is actually moving the needle in your industry. This research gives me most of the answers I need before anything gets built.
The plan is built from my assessment of what the first two stops found. It contains two components: outbound, how you find clients, and inbound, how clients find you, using only the channels that suit what you actually sell. Once it is written, you approve it before anything goes live.
After the recommended strategy is approved, I execute it exactly as agreed upon.
Once the engine has been running long enough to produce data, we assess its performance against real results rather than assumptions. Then you decide whether you run it yourself or I keep running it.
The numbers that count

About
I run the engine week-to-week until the numbers move. The ads, outreach, press, and search work are all assessed and accounted for before our time comes to an end.
I run Pink Fins Brand Management and co-founded Trip Heist. I also prioritize taking on a small number of women founders directly, which is the purpose of this site. I value elevating women as thought leaders in their field. Women’s voices deserve to be heard, and I aim to help them cut through the noise.
I live in Phuket and can often be found in the water. The ocean is where I learned that the interesting things are never found at the surface. So let’s dive in together and see what we find.

I do it, which is the reason I only take a small number of clients at a time.
Through this practice, yes. Pink Fins Brand Management, which I also run, works with everyone. This is the side of the work I wanted to keep deliberately focused on elevating women.
If your SEO is working, I would rather build the layers around it, the positioning, the PR, your own visibility, because those are usually what is capping your growth. If it is not working, I will tell you that too.
An hour or two at the start to get the positioning right, and then quick answers when I need a fact only you know. The rest is mine to run.
Positioning and personal branding start showing up in conversations almost immediately, because you are saying a better thing in the right places. Search and AI visibility are slower and compound. I report on leads rather than traffic, so you can see which one is actually moving.
Nope. Most of my clients are in the US, and I have run programs from across the world. Our calls are planned around your schedule, which usually means I take them early morning or evening in my time zone.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me what you have built, and where you remain invisible. I will tell you what I would do about it.
